COURSES
English Immersión Program These full-time programs are offered year round at the Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
You will study a variety of subjects designed to improve your listening, speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, and intonation skills. With a maximum of 10 students per class, you will receive ample individual attention. The School offers free tutorials to ensure that students keep pace with the group. The free after-school Conversation Club is offered to all students.
Test of English as a Foreign Language/for International Communication Increasingly, companies and schools are requesting that students take these classes as a condition of their enrollment or employment. These courses are proven to be the best way to increase your scores. Fee schedule supplied upon request based on individual requirements.
Academic Year Programs Our school is pleased to present our International Academic Year. This popular, non-credit program is designed to facilitate students’ entry into university or the job market.
For either sixteen or thirty-two consecutive weeks, students focus on honing their command of English in the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with special emphasis on pronunciation and intonation. Students of all abilities make excellent progress in this long-term program. They also have the opportunity to prepare for various international examinations such as TOEFL and TOEIC.
Vacation study programs – Summer & Winter These short-term vacation programs for teenagers and young adults combine classroom learning with extra-curricular fun!
Small-group English classes in the mornings An exciting variety of sightseeing, cultural, and recreational activities in the afternoons. Sports, games, and excursions on the weekends. Students stay with a host family (all expenses are included in the fees).
These programs are open to both groups and individuals.

Festivals that reflect our multiculturalism in Ottawa: Italian festival, Greekfest, Tulip festival, Super Ex, Dragon boat races, HOPE volleyball, Bluesfest, International Jazz festival and much more. Outdoor fun and adventure: no matter what time of year you visit Ottawa; there is plenty to do outside. From hiking paths, in-line skating, biking, kayaking, snowboarding, skating skiing, it’s all right here. Museums: From Aviation, Science and Technology, Canadian Museum of Nature, The War museum, Royal Canadian Mint, Contemporary Photography etc…. An enjoyable and exciting stay begins with the chemistry between student and family. Our stringent interview process guarantees a caring, compassionate family that will treat you as one of their own. The school takes pride in its high standards in selecting host families. In order for you to fully benefit from the experience, the match between you and your Canadian family must be made with care. The school is unique in that we always take time to match the student profile to that of the family. The school is sensitive to your interests in matters such as culture, industry, sports, and entertainment. While you are with your host family, you will be able to have conversations with them that are both fun and informative. Of course, during these conversations, your family will speak English only. In addition, the school pays careful attention to your needs, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, and promises that the Canadian family will provide you with breakfast and an evening meal every day. Before coming to Canada, we encourage you to contact your host family.
