ENGLISH COURSES FOR JUNIOR GROUPS
We offer group courses for students who want to study together with their teacher/tutor/leader English in another country.
Our English Courses for Groups can be taken in any of the following schools:

Programme for Teenagers
- 15 hours English language tuition. Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 13:00 pm (with a break between 11:20 and 11:40)
- Afternoon activities from 14:00-17:00 pm as well as a full day trip on Saturdays.
- Host family accommodation with continental breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal
7 days per week.
- Transport to and from school

- Certificate of Completion
- 1 leader free accommodation in host family per 15 students

Young Learner Programmes at GSE offer a unique Scottish experience combining quality English tuition, a range of fun activities, and a warm Scottish welcome. We provide two programmes for groups of Young Learners aged 11 - 17, one based in the world famous Scottish Highlands and one in Glasgow city centre.
- FREE En-Suite accommodation for a Group Leader (for each group of 15 or more students)

Summer Courses – Youth with HomeStay
Summer courses are operated between June and September. They are two weeks in duration. Courses can be tailored to meet the needs of different groups; please contact us about your requirements.
The Youth Activity Programme gives youngsters between 12 and 18 the opportunity to study English and enjoy a range of activities and excursions. The course provides 30 hours of practice in all the four key areas of language, i.e., reading, writing, listening and speaking, with plenty of opportunity for active vocabulary development.
Included in the Package are:
- Activity programme
- All English language tuition
- Books and other learning materials
- TOEIC or TOEIC Bridge Test
- Tellus transport to and from activities – where required
- Full supervision (one member of staff for every 10-15 students, depending on students age)
- Airport transfer from and to London Heathrow (reductions for closer airports)
- Local bus pass
- Accommodation (homestay, full board)
We will provide free accommodation, airport transfer and local travel pass to one Group Leader for every 15 students booked.
Summer Courses – Youth with Residential Accommodation
The residential teaching programme is the same as the homestay.
Included in the Package are:

- Books and other learning materials
- TOEIC or TOEIC Bridge Test
- Transport to and from activities – where required
- Full supervision (one member of staff for every 10-15 students, depending on students age)
- Airport transfer from and to London Heathrow (reductions for closer airports)
- Residential Accommodation in University Residence including breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. The accommodation is made-up of 4, 6 and 8 en suite bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen/ social area.
We will provide free accommodation, to one Group Leader for every 15 students booked.

TGP One Week Youth & Optional Activity Programme - Autumn, Winter and Spring
Autumn, Winter and Spring courses are operated between October and May. They are one week in duration. They have options for afternoon and / or evening activities and provide an opportunity to spend half a day in a State school.
The TGP Youth & Optional Activity Programme provides 15 hours (12 where State School is visited) of practice in all the four key areas of language, i.e., reading, writing, listening and speaking, with plenty of opportunity for active vocabulary development. The course provides a comprehensive coverage of the grammatical structures relevant to students level, including the English tense system, and is aimed at developing the participants’ language skills systematically, in which all the previous lessons lay the foundation for the new ones.
The purpose of the optional school visit is integration into a classroom environment so that the students can get a taste of an English State School Education whilst providing the student an opportunity to practice their English skills with English students.
