The goal of many of our students is to enter an Australian university and because of this they have chosen to study in our school - the English language college with an international reputation for excellence in delivering IELTS tuition. The IELTS test is designed to assess a student's English level for study at Australian universities and colleges.
Our school has a reputation for excellence in providing rigorous preparation for students planning to sit for the IELTS test. All IELTS teachers at HHH have had wide experience with test requirements and are very supportive of their students. In addition, the Independent Learning Centre is open every afternoon after class for IELTS self-study.
HHH's IELTS program is divided into four levels to ensure that students are studying in the appropriate class to acquire the sound language basis and strategies necessary for success in
the test. Each student's progress is monitored and he/she is able to progress to a higher level
as skills develop.
Current levels of IELTS training are as follows:
- Foundation for IELTS (Intermediate level of General English required)
- IELTS Exam Preparation (1-2-3) - (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced
level of General English required)
Some students arrive in Australia knowing exactly what they want to study at college or university. However, if you are unsure about your academic direction after completing IELTS, has professional counselors who can help you make a decision about the college or university that is right for you.
IELTS Exam Preparation
School has a reputation for providing excellent preparation for students planning to sit for the IELTS test. Our IELTS Exam Preparation course has gained this reputation because:
- All IELTS teachers have had wide experience with test requirements and are very supportive of their students. Teachers are tertiary trained, mature professionals with a wealth of local and international experience. Some of our teachers are qualified IELTS examiners.
- Program is divided into four levels to ensure that students are studying in the appropriate class. Students are individually monitored and are encouraged to progress to a higher level as their skills develop. Entrance levels are as follows:
- Students are offered individual speaking tests every week conducted by qualified IELTS examiners and IELTS practice under exam conditions provided prior to the formal test so that they know exactly what to expect on their IELTS test day.
Our Independent Learning Centre is always staffed by an IELTS teacher for after class study and tutoring Monday – Friday 15:30-17:00pm.
IELTS training is available in day and evening programs.
Our school has created an easy pathway from General English to IELTS. If you are not sure of your English level, you can start in General English and when you have completed Intermediate level, you can transfer straight to IELTS.
